Throughout the world, Cowes is known as the International home of yacht racing. Cowes Week was established during the late 19th century and is described as the greatest regatta of its kind in the world. The event sees an influx of around 1000 competing yachts together with some 8000 sailors along with thousands of spectators and the worlds media . Cowes Week is now a must attend event in the social calendar alongside Wimbledon, Ascot and the British Grand Prix.

We provide guests with the option of going ashore during the day to soak up the atmosphere in the marina village. Enjoy live music and entertainment as the yacht racers return to compare stories over a few beers at the world famous beer tent.

For the more daring we are able to provide a 300hp RIB powerboat capable of speeds in excess of 50mph. The RIB will blast around the Solent allowing guests to get amongst the actions of the racing fleet or go ashore to soak up the party atmosphere of the marina and bustle town of Cowes.

Standard Daily Itinerary (Monday to Thursday)
09.30 Guests are greeted at Ocean Village/Lymington Marina and escorted to the yacht.
10.00 Bucks Fizz and Continental breakfast is served.
10.30 The yacht makes its way to Cowes to watch the start of the racing.
13.00 Three course lunch will be served on the yachts mooring off Cowes (option for mooring in Cowes Yacht Haven at extra cost).
14.30 Cruise the Solent amongst the racing yachts.
16.00 Afternoon teas is served.
17.30 Return to marina where champagne and strawberries will be served.

Friday Itinerary
10.00 Guests are greeted at Ocean Village Marina and escorted to the yacht.
10.30 Bucks Fizz and Continental breakfast is served.
11.00 The yacht makes its way to Cowes to watch the start of the racing.
13.00 Three course lunch will be served on the yachts mooring off Cowes.
14.30 Cruise the Solent amongst the racing yachts.
16.00 Guests are transferred ashore to soak up the atmosphere of the World Famous Cowes beer tent.
18.00 Guests are transferred back to the yacht by RIB.
19.00 Dinner is served on board the yacht.
21.30 Fireworks commence, the yacht will be moored as close to the fireworks as possible providing the best view possible for this spectacular display.
00.00 The Yacht arrives back at Ocean Village where guests will be transferred back to the hotel.
