A
light competitive element can be introduced with each team ‘racing’
against each other to find mystery locations, attempt team tasks,
finish the clues and find the ultimate answer! It is also possible
to have all teams working towards a common goal if desired. The
whole event is bound together with a fun, interesting and topical
storyline that will further motivate teams to complete the hunt
as quickly as possible.
Clue
types come under many guises and can include, GPS, 2-way radios,
orientation and map reading, compass bearing clues, Polaroid camera
tasks and a whole host of cryptic and other original coded clues
that will keep teams thinking.
Why
not give your treasure hunt a totally different slant and take it
into the air? A helicopter treasure hunt can be a fun and extremely
thrilling way to run the activity. It brings new challenges to the
day, can be a new experience for some and will certainly be a day
to remember.
You
will have a lot of fun scouring your destination for mystery locations
and solving a range of cryptic clues, performing unusual tasks,
taking Polaroid photos, collecting scavenger items and more. This
will act as both a reward to the team and help create an open environment
and a level playing field for team discussion should you wish.
Your
team will work closely with a number of different people from the
normal work environment. This is an ideal way to start integrating
the group. By maximising participation on a range of activities
that provides something for all tastes, your colleagues will gain
a better understanding of each others skill sets, resulting in a
more successful and productive working environment.
Individuals
will listen, trust and learn to appreciate each other as they rely
on other people’s skills that are relevant for the task at
hand. By completing the challenge trail your team will have a shared
experience helping to knit everyone together. This effect will last
much longer than the event itself as people talk about their memories
for a long time after the event.
Above
all … they’re great fun!!!
The
whole team will be united with the common challenge presented to
you and your team. Your enjoyment and laughter will last much longer
than the day itself as memories are re-lived back in your place
of work.
Teams
will ideally be made up of 4 – 10 players with total guest
numbers ranging from 4 – 100. The Team Challenge Trail team
building treasure hunt will usually run between 3 hours and a whole
day depending on numbers and Itinerary.
