With 29 bedrooms Lyndhurst’s Lime Wood Hotel is one of the smaller hotels that we work with. In the heart of the New Forest, about 25 minutes from the marina’s in Southampton and Lymington the hotel is well situated for smaller corporate groups who are interested in land or water based offsite events. The hotel also has a number of rooms which are suitable for small indoor events.

EMG is able to offer a limited number of exclusive events at the world famous Maranello Farrari and Maserati dealership in Surrey. The Grade II listed art deco showroom houses a display of some of the World’s finest sports and super cars. With exclusive hire of the venue, there is the option of test drives and a welcome talk from the MD on the history of Maranello.

Located at Brooklands in Surrey, Mercedes-Benz World has superb facilities for corporate events and conferences. In addition to track experiences and private tours there are several rooms and suites that are available for hire including the Brooklands Hall which can seat 200 for dinner and the Gullwing restaurant which overlooks the handling circuits and Surrey countryside.

Patroned by Princess Anne, the Royal Lymington Yacht Club (RLymYC) is steeped in history. With its views over the water and atmospheric interior we often begin and end water based events from the RLymYC. The Club is also a official partner of EMG and Sunsail’s recently launched Match Racing Academy.

The Elvetham Hotel
With its ample conference and meeting space and proximity to the M3 and M4 the Elevetham is very convenient for corporate events. We work regularly with the hotel, providing mainly onsite events for its corporate clients. With its extensive and beautiful grounds and historic look, the Da Vinci Code Quest is a favourite event for clients at this venue.

The George Hotel & Restaurant, is a delightful boutique hotel based in Yarmouth, Isle of Wight that also serves some superb food. We’ve worked with the George for many a year, often recommending it to our clients out on water based events as an option for lunch or as accommodation for smaller parties who have an overnight stay on the Island.
