Work as a team with genuine Lifeboat crew and develop the necessary skills to implement a successful Search & Rescue mission – a fantastic outdoor, water based team building event.
The day will begin with a training session to learn and practice the skills required to perform a water rescue. Once your teams’ training skills are honed everyone will take to the water on Search & Rescue RIBs to face various evolving challenges and recover the casualty.
Add an extra dimension of excitement to day by undergoing your morning training at the RNLI Headquarters in Poole. In addition to the basic training, at a RNLI Headquarters Sea Survival training session groups can experience weightlessness during a real scuba dive and learn how to react when the ‘abandon ship’ command is given.
