Challenge your company staff to a team building sailing day racing against each other in matched, competitive racing yachts!
Sailing is a natural team building event; each individual in a crew has a vital role which they can not successfully perform with out clear communication and support from other members of the team. Without strong team work the boat will simply not sail.
Designed to give participants the experience of taking part in a professional sailing regatta this event will see your guests first learning the ropes from their experienced skipper and then battling it out for the start line! Our dedicated and easily identifiable race committee boat will be on hand to ensure that your group is able to get the most out of their day and that all races are run in the safest of waters.
The team sailing regatta is a fantastic day out during which your employees will clearly see that working together is vital for success. For those who feel that they’re ready for the next level in water-based team building see our Match Racing Academy event.
