The Bigger Picture – this classic team building event gets employees working together to create art on a massive scale.
At the start of the event your group will be split into teams and tasked with creating different sections of a replica masterpiece. Harder than it sounds; you’ll soon realise with the help of your experienced facilitator, that communication and a focus on the ‘bigger picture’ rather than individual performance is the key! Each member of the group must be aware of their teammates’ progress so that when all of the pieces come together at the end of the session they form a cohesive and fluid whole.
