EMG is pleased to welcome its latest recruit, Jason Donnelly. Jason, a team building specialist, will be joining the Operations Department in order to cater for the growing demand for team building events that EMG has seen over the last six months.
The popularity of team building events is on the up as employers look to ensure that their staff are motivated, happy and functioning well as a group in order to create an efficient and positive work place.
Jason has several years experience working in the events industry and a strong background in both team building and facilitation. As such he will play an important role in both supporting the growing number of team building events and driving the growth of EMG’s team building portfolio.
In addition, with a degree in Marine & Freshwater Biology and a love of both surfing and powerboating, Jason is the perfect fit for EMG who are specialists in water based events. Jason Ludlow, EMG’s MD is commented,
