Here at  EMG, we do not confuse team building activities with “team recreation”. Our focus is to bring out the best in a team, to encourage self development, improved communication , leadership  and group problem solving skills.

EMG is located in Lymington with easy access to both the New Forest National park and also the Solent Sailing area. We are therefore able to offer both activity days in the forest and spectacular water based events, including RIB treasure hunts and Luxury Powerboat days, around the Isle of Wight.

Many of our hotels and venues are within easy travelling distance from most southern UK locations – and Just over one hour from London.

We can also provide central London Team Building activities and away days. For example our London Treasure hunt can be undertaken on foot and by public transport, and we can include our River Thames Rib Experience as part of the program.

There are a number of stages involved in team building and EMG work in all of these. The activities range from a simple one hour icebreaker exercise, designed to energise your team after a busy conference, to a day’s team challenge to see how your team works together. You can also build on these learning experiences by undertaking a facilitated program of events throughout the year.
