For a full or half day team building programme we recommend a range of team activities from high ropes to low ropes and a series of team challenge tasks. Guests would be divided into teams and rotate throughout the activities. All activities would have a qualified instructor on hand to ensure guests receive all the advice and hints needed to benefit from the activities. The activities will be presented with comfort and safety in mind. Shelters, soft drinks and a designated first aid area all come as standard with our experienced event manager being on hand at all times to guide you through your team building experience. Teams will be able to participate in a selection (or all) of the following activities. High RopesRope work demands teamwork and the high rope challenge is no exception! Under the supervision of an instructor, participants are involved in group rope safety, and communication and trust become paramount. Fitted with full climbing equipment and a safety rope, participants climb the masts, ascend a widening ladder, build a crate tower and leap for a suspended ball. This is an exhilarating activity, which gives participants an enormous sense of achievement. It is suitable for most fitness levels, with team members playing an important role on the ground, as well as on the apparatus. Low RopesTeamwork, support, trust and fun are always present on the low ropes. Participants work together to coach their colleagues around the course that tests balance and technique close to the ground! The activity can be run as a separate task or as a preparation for the high ropes. It is suitable for most fitness levels with team members performing crucial roles supporting as well as encouraging. Team Challenge CourseThe challenge course comprises a series of natural and man-made obstacles which demand teamwork for completion. The course can be incorporated as an inter-team challenge or as a team co-ordination exercise, with some team members blindfolded and others carrying objects whilst navigating the circuit. Once again, the circuit can be set to suit the fitness level of the group. Woodland Archery and Air RiflesIf you have any Robin Hoods or Maid Marion's in your group, this is for you!!!
