Event Management Group Ltd (EMG), in partnership with Taylor Alison Golf, has won the contract to manage the Abbey for Intermediaries Golf Championship 2012. The Championship, which is organised for valued partners of Abbey for Intermediaries, is now in its second year and has grown from two to five Regional Qualifiers across the UK.
EMG and Taylor Alison have been working in conjunction, combining their areas of expertise, to deliver the championship which began at the start of May and will be culminating with a final at the prestigious Wentworth Club in June.
Services delivered through the partnership include guest management (encompassing invitations, registration via a bespoke online system and all pre/post event correspondence), course selection, corporate branding, onsite event management, championship merchandise, prizes, catering, logistics and all other event support functions.
EMG's Managing Director, Jason Ludlow, has commented,

Despite the poor May weather so far the Championship has been incredibly well received by all involved, with the four Regional Qualifiers that have already taken place seeing a fantastic turn out and enthusiasm from the players.
